Reciprocal Link Policy
Google has changed their policy to indexing directly reciprocal links. 2 way reciprocal links are now not indexed. So adding links from our site to yours in exchange for a free link from you really doesn’t do any of us any good.
Reciprocal links are good idea when you are sending traffic to non-competitive industry related sites.
However, they should not be created if they will send traffic to your competitors. For example, real estate agents should not send traffic to our site. We do accept reciprocal linking from other industry related sites, portals and directories with similar page rank.
We only accept reciprocal links from sites that would benefit by sending traffic to our site without needing us to send traffic back to them.
Therefore, if you would like us to add a link to your on our site for free, you will need to add a link to another site that links to The Canadian Real Estate Pages to your site. We will supply you with the necessary information when you make your request.
If not we recommend you simply add your link to us in the more common manner.
